Description

The vacuum deaerator is designed to remove air (oxygen) from liquid products, preventing oxidation of pigments, vitamins, flavors, and other substances, thereby maintaining quality. It also removes gas from suspended particles to prevent floating, ensures proper appearance, avoids bubbles during filling and sterilization, and reduces container wall corrosion.

Working principle

The vacuum degassing machine releases free and dissolved gases in water by creating a vacuum environment and utilizing the relationship between gas solubility in water, water temperature, and pressure.

The specific steps are as follows:

1.Creating a vacuum environment: The vacuum degassing machine extracts gas from the chamber through a pump, creating a vacuum environment. The commonly used pumps include rotary vane pumps, molecular pumps, turbo molecular pumps, etc.

2.Gas removal: In a vacuum environment, the solubility of gases in water decreases, and gases are released from the water and discharged from the system through an automatic exhaust valve. After degassing treatment, the water is re injected into the system to continue absorbing the gas in the system and achieve gas water balance.

3.Circulating degassing: This process will be repeated continuously, with each cycle removing a portion of the gas until the gas in the system is completely removed.

 
Technology and Features:

1. It can greatly shorten the exhaust time after the initial water injection of the heating or cooling system, which is extremely beneficial for the initial commissioning and operation of the system.

2. Remove gas from the system, prevent gas blockage, and ensure stable and reliable operation of the system during normal operation.

3. Eliminate water pump cavitation and reduce system operating noise.

4. Due to the removal of oxygen from the water, the aerobic corrosion of the system will be reduced and the equipment usage time will be extended.

5. Due to the removal of gas from the water, there will be no gas bubbles attached to the surface of the heat exchanger, which improves the heating efficiency.

6. The working time and cycle of the deaerator can be adjusted as needed.

7. The maximum capacity of a single applicable system can reach 150 m3; Multiple units can be used in parallel.
