Description

Structural characteristics

The machine consists of a front support, a feeding hopper, a screw shaft, a filter screen, a juice container, a rear support, a slag discharge groove, and other components. The left end of the screw main shaft is supported in a rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in a handwheel bearing seat. The electric motor drives the screw shaft to operate through a pair of pulleys.

Working principle

When crushed or nucleated fruits and vegetables enter the machine through the feeding port, the screw gradually increases the bottom diameter and decreases the pitch toward the slag outlet. As the screw pushes the material, the screw cavity shrinks, compressing the material. The spiral spindle rotates clockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper to the slag hopper. The raw materials are fed into the hopper and compressed by the screw. The juice flows into the bottom container through the filter screen, while waste is discharged through the annular gap between the screw and the conical pressure head. The gap size can be adjusted by moving the pressure head axially.
