Description
Mixing tank, also known as blending tank, has the advantages of energy saving, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, easy cleaning, and simple structure. It is mainly used for the uniform mixing of dairy products, juice, and other liquid products, as well as quantitative mixing according to the formula. It is an indispensable equipment for dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical factories. The material used is SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel. This tank can be equipped with a polyester foam insulation layer and a jacket for heating and cooling as needed.
Structural characteristics

The surface of the inner tank body is polished (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m); all inlet and outlet ports, mirrors, manholes, and other process openings are connected to the welding points of the inner tank body using stretch flanging technology with rounded transitions, smooth and easy to clean without dead corners, ensuring the reliability and stability of the production process and meeting the requirements of "cGMP" and other specifications.
Application
