Description

This machine is suitable for pulping and separating various fresh fruits and vegetables. For example, tomatoes, kiwis, strawberries, apples, oranges, hawthorns, red dates, grapes, macaques, mulberries, bayberries, and other fruits that have been pre-cooked and softened, such as hawthorns and dates, can be separated into pits, seeds, and thin skins. They can also be used to make juice from vegetables (cut), tomatoes, celery (cut), etc., and separate vegetable tendons. They are ideal machines for making jams, fruit juices, and vegetable juices, and are important equipment in food processing.

It can be customized as a double channel core removal and pulping machine or a crushing and pulping machine according to needs.

Working principle

The electric motor is driven by a belt to rotate the scraper installed on the spline at high speed. When the crushed fruit enters the machine through the feeding port, the slurry tray evenly discharges the material to the scraper and screen. Due to the rotating effect of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder towards the outlet end, and the trajectory of the movement is spiral. The material is scraped by centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the sieve cylinder, and the juice and meat (already in pulp form) are sent to the next process through the sieve holes. (The double and triple pulping machines are linked to repeat the above process) The skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper to achieve automatic separation.
